What I offer...

Online counselling: you find your  most comfortable space to talk.  I'll send you appointments via Teams, Zoom or Google Meet - just let me know which you are comfortable with.

Introductions: a free, initial half-hour appointment. 
I explain how I work and outline a 'contract' so you know what to expect.  You decide if you want to go ahead with further sessions.

Each session is 50 minutes
There is no obligation to pre-book sessions.
We can identify a goal or preferred outcome to work towards either during a single session or over a longer time.

During the session
We work on your issues, at your pace, using a variety of techniques drawn from different theories and models of counselling.

I may ask questions or offer observations to help get things clear and you'll do the work from there.   No judgement, just a firm belief that you have the answer.  

Ending
We will review regularly and eventually work towards ending counselling.  You can end at any time.

Person-centred/integrative counselling

Based on Rogers' model, person-centred approaches focus on the potential of all people to become the best person they can be.  You are the expert in your own experience and have everything you need to make changes that are right for you.  My role as counsellor is to provide the space for you to do your best work.

Fees

Free Introductory session : 30 mins 

1:1 Online Counselling = £35.00 per hour

Student rates = £25.00 per hour (with valid student ID)
